Lyubov Mykolaivna Massie was awarded the degree of Physics Teacher in 1978 from Simferopol State University, Ukraine. Since earning her degree, she has been awarded several distinctions. In May 1990, she was awarded Diploma of the Department of People's Education in the Ukraine. In February 1993, she achieved the "Specialist of the Highest Category" distinction. In April 1993, she was awarded the title of "Senior Teacher", issued by the District Department of People's Education in the Ukraine. In March 2002, she was awarded the title of "Teacher-Methodologist."
